In this dynamic, customer-facing role, you will lead end-to-end technical solutions engineering for an enterprise-grade IoT platform specializing in real-time asset tracking. Operating in a remote, high-growth environment, you will bridge pre-sales solution design with hands-on technical delivery across leading global manufacturing, chemical, automotive, and energy enterprises. You will translate complex operational needs into tailored technical architectures using RFID, BLE, GPS, and custom API integrations while guiding prospective clients from initial discovery to deployment. Partnering closely with sales reps and distributed engineering teams, your expertise will directly drive revenue growth and operational scalability. This position offers exceptional scope and ownership for a hands-on engineer who thrives at the intersection of complex hardware-software ecosystems, enterprise client relationships, and modern AI-driven vertical software innovation.

Partner with sales teams to conduct technical discovery calls, deliver tailored platform demonstrations, and architect end-to-end IoT solutions for enterprise client use cases.

Translate operational client requirements into clear, documented technical scopes, evaluating solution complexity to ensure accurate implementation estimates.

Configure front-end platforms and perform hands-on testing and deployment with IoT hardware, including RFID, BLE, and GPS technologies.

Build, troubleshoot, and optimize data integrations using APIs, webhooks, MQTT protocols, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools.

Manage seamless project handoffs from pre-sales into deployment and post-launch support, acting as the ongoing technical point of contact for assigned accounts.

Train non-technical stakeholders on platform features, analyze post-deployment usage data using Excel and SQL, and collaborate with global engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Requirements:

5 to 10 years of experience in solutions engineering, presales engineering, or technical customer success within an IoT, SaaS, or technology environment.

Strong hands-on experience with IoT hardware technologies, including RFID, BLE, and GPS, alongside front-end platform configuration skills.

solid working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, MQTT integrations, Mobile Device Management (MDM), SQL, and advanced Excel data analysis.

Proficiency with technical tools such as Postman, Jira, Salesforce, MSSQL, CAD/visualization software, and comfort utilizing AI tools in daily workflows.

Exceptional customer-facing communication skills, with a track record of running product walkthroughs and translating technical concepts into plain language for diverse stakeholders.

Highly organized, self-directed problem solver willing and able to travel up to 50% as required for client deployments and project needs.

Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology) or equivalent practical experience.
