- Ervaring als uitvoerder, voorman of werkvoorbereider in de civiele techniek.
- MBO- of HBO-niveau (of gelijkwaardig werk- en denkniveau).
- Rijbewijs B en VCA-VOL
- Je houdt van duidelijkheid, werkt veilig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit.
- Je kunt goed met mensen omgaan en mensen luisteren naar jou.
- Affiniteit met duurzaamheid en elektrisch materieel
Core Responsibilities
The Civil Supervisor is responsible for planning work, managing teams and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed safely and within budget. They act as the primary point of contact for clients and oversee the quality and progress of construction activities on-site.
Requirements
Candidates must have experience as a supervisor, foreman, or work planner in civil engineering, along with a relevant MBO or HBO qualification. A valid driver's license and VCA-VOL certification are required, as well as strong communication skills and a focus on safety and quality.
