Our team is young and full with passion and motivation. The Grand highly values personal and professional growth, therefore, we have a full time trainings manager who contributes do your development. Not only during, but also after your internship, we see possibilities and career opportunities. You also have the possibility to do various cross trainings in different departments to broaden your hotel knowledge. As part of your internship experience, you'll get the opportunity to take part in an operational shift once a month, giving you valuable hands-on insight into our daily operations.
The internship allowance is €600 gross per month, based on 38 hours per week. Besides this, you also have the possibility to receive travel allowance. Every day you can enjoy a meal (for free) in our staff canteen.
Do you like to go out for dinner and drinks? Good! You get a discount up to 50% in selected restaurants and bars in 4 or 5 star hotels in Amsterdam.
Qualifications
What you will bring to the role
- Enrolled in a (MBO) hospitality management study.
- Work in an accurate manner with attention to detail.
- You speak English, any other language is a plus.
Core Responsibilities
You will assist the breakfast team in providing legendary, personalized service to hotel guests. Additionally, you will participate in operational shifts and contribute to service improvements.
Requirements
Candidates must be enrolled in a hospitality management study program. Proficiency in English is required, and attention to detail is essential for the role.
