Core Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the Hagen store, including maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar. Motivate the team to provide excellent service while ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
Candidates should have strong coffee preparation skills, including espresso extraction and latte art. A friendly, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work effectively under pressure are essential.
