As our new Public Area Stylist, you join the Style Team, the group responsible for making the entire hotel sparkle and ensuring every detail of our design stays on point. We don’t call them Style for nothing. What does the job include? As a B&F Attendant, you are an all‑round B&F expert who elevates every guest moment across our venues. You report directly to the B&F Supervisors and support the daily operations of the W Lounge, In Room Dining and Banqueting. You work as part of a larger team dedicated to making guest dreams come true and you stay fully in the know about our menus, cocktails, pairings, hotel facilities and all B&F possibilities. In the W Lounge, you suggest cocktails guests didn’t even know they loved and guide them through food pairings. In In Room Dining, you amplify the guest experience by delivering a bold, elevated service that goes far beyond traditional room service. You welcome and assist guests in all venues, follow service standards from start to finish and bring the Whatever/Whenever® philosophy to life through personalized interactions. You ensure every space sparkles, prepare thoroughly for each shift and thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment with music and movement. You work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends and nights. You collaborate with other departments, communicate clearly with your team and support a seamless guest journey across the hotel. Core Responsibilities

Support daily food and beverage operations across the W Lounge, In Room Dining, and Banqueting, including welcoming and assisting guests, recommending cocktails and food pairings, and delivering personalized service. Prepare service areas and shifts, follow service standards, maintain knowledge of menus and hotel offerings, and collaborate with other departments to create a seamless guest experience.

Requirements

Applicants need at least one year of experience in the same or a similar role and fluency in English; Dutch and other languages are appreciated. Luxury-segment experience is an advantage, and a valid work permit for the Netherlands is required.
