And right now, we are looking for a Graphic Design Intern to join our creative team! Step into the world of campaign development and content design for a diverse portfolio of brands—each with its own unique identity and audience. From hotels to restaurants, you’ll work across a wide range of inspiring hospitality concepts. Top-level variety, if you ask us 😉 We are looking for a creative person with a sharp eye for design, a curious mindset and the drive to inspire through both online and offline visuals. As a Graphic Design Intern at Conscious Group, you definitely won’t be bored. Together with our in-house designer, you will help shape and develop strong visual work for all our hotels and F&B locations. Does this sound like your kind of challenge? Then keep reading. What you will do: Work on a wide variety of multidisciplinary projects, including commercial campaigns, digital assets, print materials for our hotels, and supporting content for our commercial teams; Create standout campaigns together with the marketing team; Manage multiple creative projects at the same time; Build strong and meaningful work for your future portfolio; Ensure consistent and correct application of our multiple brand identities across all communications. About you: You are looking for an internship of at least 5 months, starting in December (January, February is also possible); A student (University of Applied Sciences); Strong command of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign — let’s just say you know your way around them very well 😉 An enthusiastic, proactive mindset with the ability to work independently; A keen eye for layout, composition, design, and detail; Comfort in managing deadlines and switching between multiple projects; Curiosity and confidence to ask questions whenever needed; A relaxed attitude and sense of humor — we don’t take ourselves too seriously either 😉 You speak English fluently, and if you also speak Dutch, that’s definitely a nice bonus! Core Responsibilities

Create visual campaigns and content across digital and print formats for the group's hotels and food-and-beverage locations. Manage multiple creative projects while ensuring brand identities are applied consistently across communications.

Requirements

Applicants must be students at a university of applied sciences seeking an internship of at least five months, starting in December, January, or February. They should be highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, have strong design judgment and a proactive, independent approach, and speak fluent English; Dutch is a bonus.
