Carhartt WIP is part of the WIP Trading AG. Our family-owned business group started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s. Since then, it develops its own collections based on workwear originals. Carhartt Work In Progress aims to continuously progress and evolve, without ever losing sight of its origins. For our outlet in Roermond we are looking for you as Sales Assistant (m/f/x) part time 16 hrs. Tasks Provide excellent customer service and adapt brand stories to the retail setting Ensure optimum sales levels are met Ensure that all operational store policies and procedures are followed Take pride in store appearance and embrace the Carhartt store look To develop your product knowledge and understanding of the business Establish consumer loyalty and satisfaction Have fun selling our product whilst engaging with our valued customers Requirements Customer service and/or retail experience preferred Dedicated, team-oriented and flexible Excellent communication and 'people' skills Confidence, drive and enthusiasm Fluency in English, Dutch and German are advantageous Your Location Roermond / Netherlands

Provide excellent customer service, communicate the brand story, and engage customers to build loyalty and satisfaction while meeting sales targets. Follow store policies and procedures, maintain the store's appearance, and develop product and business knowledge.
Requirements
Customer service or retail experience is preferred. Candidates should be dedicated, team-oriented, flexible, confident, enthusiastic, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English, Dutch, and German is advantageous.
