Position Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Personal Lines Insurance Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful client relationships, educate customers on insurance products, and serve as a key ambassador of our agency’s values. Key Responsibilities  Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with personal lines clients  Provide insurance quotes and bind policies across all lines (home, auto, watercraft, motorcycle, workers comp, bonds, etc.)  Evaluate client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions  Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and maintain client files  Cross-sell additional insurance products when appropriate  Provide exceptional and timely customer service in person, by phone, or via email  Work daily on the Nexsure agency management system to manage client accounts and workflows  Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to support client needs Job Description Behavior & Competencies  Strong communication and active listening skills  Highly organized with strong attention to detail  Integrity-driven and reliable  Sales-minded with a focus on results and client satisfaction  Bilingual (English/Spanish)  Team-oriented and able to collaborate effectively  Self-motivated with a positive and solutions-focused mindset Mission & Vision Mission: To provide trusted insurance solutions with honesty and compassion. Core Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with personal lines clients, assess their needs, provide quotes, bind policies, and recommend suitable coverage across insurance lines. Manage renewals and policy changes in Nexsure, provide timely customer service, cross-sell when appropriate, and coordinate with underwriters and carriers.

Requirements

Requires an active Florida 2-20 insurance license, at least 1–2 years of personal lines insurance experience, and experience using the Nexsure agency management system. Bilingual English and Spanish ability is preferred, along with strong communication, organization, attention to detail, reliability, and a results-oriented approach.
