Job Description
Support the association with its administrative and legal work, including keeping documents organised, maintaining records, and helping ensure internal processes are handled properly. What you will do in this role: - Lead the internal legal processes of the company (and any future spin-offs) - Draft, review, and process standard legal documents such as Non-Disclosure Agreements and partnership agreements. - Assist in monitoring compliance with relevant tech and data policies, such as university regulations. - Manage day-to-day logistics, and optimising current processes. - Maintain an organized, secure, and up-to-date repository of all legal documents, governance policies, and administrative records. - Identify bottlenecks in the hub’s daily workflows and implement streamlined administrative processes to help the technical teams operate more efficiently. What we're looking for: - Highly organized and comfortable handling formal documents and governance processes - Basic skills in administration, record-keeping, or organizational structuring - Able to maintain clear, accurate records - Good sense of structure, compliance, and strict attention to detail - Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently - Comfortable communicating formally with university departments and legal stakeholders - Familiarity with Dutch corporate structures or GDPR is a bonus, but not required - Interested in AI, technology, and the Delft student community
Core Responsibilities

Requirements
Candidates should be highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable, proactive, and comfortable handling formal documents, records, and governance processes independently. Familiarity with Dutch corporate structures or GDPR is a bonus, and an interest in AI, technology, and the Delft student community is desired.
