Key Responsibilities Daily Operations & Oversight: lead daily briefings to assign tasks, inspect room cleanliness, and ensure quality standards. Respond promptly to guest requests, while overseeing the cleanliness of rooms and public areas. Team Leadership & Coordination: manage staff schedules, provide feedback and coaching, and ensure compliance with safety protocols. Maintain strong communication with other departments to resolve cross-functional issues efficiently Logistics & Reporting: supervise laundry services, monitor inventory, and ensure timely replenishment of supplies. Complete end-of-day reports and ensure smooth handovers for the following day. Training & Continuous Improvement: organize training sessions for new hires and ongoing development. Plan and execute deep cleaning rotations to maintain high standards across all areas. Qualifications & Skills Language: English: min B1 Proven leadership experience in the cleaning industry, ideally in facility services or commercial cleaning Strong management skills, capable of motivating and leading diverse teams Decisive and problem-solving abilities in dynamic work environments Expertise in cleaning techniques, best practices, and industry regulations Flexibility to work outside traditional hours and travel as needed As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you ensure a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests. Core Responsibilities

Lead daily housekeeping operations, assign tasks, inspect rooms and public areas, respond to guest requests, and maintain cleaning and safety standards. Coordinate staff schedules and training, oversee laundry and supplies, prepare end-of-day reports, and plan deep-cleaning rotations.

Requirements

Applicants must be located in the Netherlands and have a work permit; English proficiency of at least B1 is required. Proven leadership experience in cleaning, strong team-management and problem-solving abilities, knowledge of cleaning practices and regulations, and flexibility to work outside standard hours and travel are sought.
