Job Description
Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to strengthen our Sales department across Europe. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage relationships with distribution partners, and collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to drive business growth within our interventional fields of Coronary, Peripheral, Neuro and embolization domains. THE ROLE Develop sales strategies with distribution partners Conduct market research in assigned territories Manage distribution partners, including performance analysis and corrective actions Build strong relationships with KOLs and physicians Deliver product training to distributors and physicians Support events such as workshops, congresses and other educational programs Provide technical advice and product support to customers Conduct hospital, physician visits and product presentations Travel extensively within Europe including some weekends (First year +/- 65%) Support contract management and regulatory requirements Requirements 3-5 years of experience managing distribution partners Fluent in English, preferred Second European languages is a plus Proactive and eager to support colleagues and organisational goal Highly-organized with proven ability to complete tasks on time Affinity with Japanese culture Uphold strong work ethics and maintains professional relationships with colleagues Holds valid EU work and residence permit, based within commuting distance of Amsterdam Benefits Flexible work options: Hybrid working model Career development: Opportunities to grow and evolve Supportive team environment: Join a team that values collaboration and high performance Pension scheme, bonus scheme, end of year holidays (3-4days) besides your 24 vacation days Well-being perks: Sports gym subscription allowance to keep you fit and sharp Company benefits: Kick off outing and end of year dinner
Core Responsibilities
Develop regional sales strategies and manage distribution partners across Europe, including researching assigned markets, analyzing partner performance, and taking corrective action. Build relationships with key opinion leaders and physicians, provide training and technical support, support educational events and product presentations, and assist with contract and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience managing distribution partners, be fluent in English, and be proactive, highly organized, and committed to strong work ethics and professional relationships. A second European language is a plus; affinity with Japanese culture, a valid EU work and residence permit, and residence within commuting distance of Amsterdam are also specified.
