Operations Manager - Logistics | €50,000–€60,000 PA | Hoofddorp, Netherlands Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM | Start date: As soon as possible Are you a senior operations leader with experience scaling teams, improving complex fulfilment networks and leading international logistics? Neve Jewels Group is seeking a European Operations Manager to take ownership of our European operation and play a key role in its next phase of growth. We create bespoke jewellery with a strong focus on ethical craftsmanship, quality and exceptional customer service. The role You will lead our European operations team, currently around 20 people, with plans to grow to approximately 60 over the next two years. Key responsibilities Lead and develop the European operations team across fulfilment, workshop, shipping, repairs, returns and inventory Manage the end-to-end fulfilment journey, from order placement through to successful delivery Oversee domestic and international shipping, carrier relationships and tracking processes Identify operational issues and implement practical process improvements Maintain high standards across workshop quality, fulfilment and customer experience Monitor key metrics including delivery performance, turnaround times, stock accuracy and customer satisfaction Coach and develop team members while maintaining clear performance standards Work closely with Customer Service, Production, Finance, Marketing and senior leadership Act as the senior escalation point for complex operational, logistical and customer issues The Person You will bring: significant operational leadership experience. Strong leadership experience within a fast-paced, international environment Proven experience in shipping, fulfilment, logistics or warehousing Good knowledge of domestic and international supply chains, carrier management and customs processes comfortable working both strategically and hands-on. Strong organisational and analytical skills Confidence managing teams through growth and change Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at senior level A proactive, practical and solutions-focused approach An interest in luxury retail or jewellery; knowledge of diamonds or gemstones would be an advantage Compensation €50,000–€60,000 per annum, including 8% holiday allowance Benefits Travel allowance of up to €205 per month for commuting by public transport or private car 24 days of annual leave, plus 11 public holidays A day off on your birthday Perkbox access, offering discounts across a wide range of popular brands A senior role with genuine strategic influence across our European operation Direct input into the future direction of the business The opportunity to grow and lead a team from approximately 20 to 60 employees Ongoing personal and professional development

Core Responsibilities

Lead and grow the European operations team across fulfilment, workshops, shipping, repairs, returns, and inventory, overseeing the end-to-end order journey and domestic and international logistics. Improve operational processes and performance, maintain quality and customer experience standards, and collaborate across departments while serving as the senior escalation point for complex issues.

Requirements

Requires significant operations leadership experience in a fast-paced international environment, with proven expertise in shipping, fulfilment, logistics, or warehousing and knowledge of supply chains, carrier management, and customs. Candidates should be comfortable working strategically and hands-on, leading teams through growth and change, and communicating effectively with senior stakeholders; luxury retail or jewellery experience is an advantage.
