Job Description

About the job The Investor Support (IS) team is responsible for Oikocredit’s Direct Members and investors investment lifecycle management. This includes servicing investors request, ensuring adherence with compliance guidelines and building and maintain standards for processes, investors and/ or members, as well as supporting the investor and member acquisition process. The team is client facing, thus must represent Oikocredit’s mission and values at any time they engage with Direct Members and investors. The role works closely with the investor engagement team in the generation of leads and the acquisition funnel to raise capital. Main responsibilities Processes onboarding requests; Processes redemption requests or any other client request; Performs KYC controls; Performs the processes following customer service best practices; Ensures the investor data collected is complete and timely entered into the investor administration application system; Contributes to the process design and documentation, as well as flagging gaps in existing procedures; Processes timely investors account statements; Joins and supports marketing campaigns; Generates or identifies contact moments that will result on acquisition opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor Degree 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative or operational environment, preferably client facing Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory Familiar with AML regulation is desirable Yellow belt certificate is desirable Sufficiently IT literate to make effective use of the applications and systems required Good interpersonal skills Excellent customer service orientation Conscientious personality, eye for detail Competencies Accuracy, Hands-on, Can-do mentality, Problem analysis and assessment, Initiative, Client and service orientation, Cooperation, Verbal communication and presentation, Written communication. Core Responsibilities

Manage investor and direct-member requests throughout the investment lifecycle, including onboarding, redemptions, KYC checks, account statements, and accurate investor data entry. Support process documentation and improvement, marketing campaigns, and investor acquisition opportunities while delivering high-quality client service.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of administrative or operational experience, preferably in a client-facing role, are required; fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory. Candidates should be IT-literate, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and effective communicators; familiarity with AML regulations and a Yellow Belt certificate are desirable.
