Who are we looking for? For this assignment we are explicitly looking for an experienced senior project manager who can get started independently straight away. You need little guidance on content, can quickly create an overview, and know how to move complex projects forward in a municipal environment. You also have: Extensive, demonstrable experience as a project manager within one or more municipalities Demonstrable experience with projects in energy transition, sustainability and/or energy infrastructure Experience with projects aimed at businesses and/or business parks Experience with stakeholder management in a field of public and private parties, and connecting different interests Experience drafting and advancing business cases and project plans Preferably, experience with subsidy applications and subsidy schemes The ability to independently structure complex projects and bring them to implementation An affinity with data and translating analyses into concrete actions and decision-making You are responsible for, among other things: Making the business case and the required cooperation structure concrete Preparing and coordinating subsidy applications and monitoring key deadlines Organising and driving cooperation between the municipality, entrepreneurs and other parties involved Actively involving companies in the development of the energy hub Encouraging concrete sustainability measures at companies, such as rooftop solar, battery storage and energy management Monitoring progress, planning, risks, actions and decision-making Translating plans and analyses into concrete next steps You are responsible for, among other things: Further developing the Digital Twin and making it practically usable Organising and structuring the required data for several business parks Involving companies and other relevant parties in collecting information Analysing the available data and translating it into usable insights Translating these insights into concrete projects, measures and policy choices Ensuring an approach that remains usable and transferable after the assignment ends
Core Responsibilities
Develop the business case and cooperation structure, coordinate subsidy applications, and lead collaboration among the municipality, businesses, and other stakeholders to advance energy hub and sustainability measures. Further develop the Digital Twin, organize and analyze data from business parks, and turn insights into practical projects, measures, and policy decisions.
Requirements
Requires an experienced senior project manager with extensive, demonstrable experience in one or more municipalities and experience in energy transition, sustainability, or energy infrastructure projects. The candidate should be able to independently structure and deliver complex projects, manage public and private stakeholders, develop business cases and project plans, and translate data analysis into actionable decisions; subsidy experience is preferred.
