Core Responsibilities

Lead and coach the Guest Relations team, oversee the guest journey from arrival through post-checkout, and create memorable experiences for VIP guests. Maintain quality standards, conduct site inspections, share relevant hotel information with the team, and contribute to management decisions and sales opportunities.

Requirements

Applicants need at least two years of relevant international experience in a similar role, strong communication skills, and a positive mindset. They should be passionate about hospitality and guest experiences, lead authentically, and be fluent in English.
