About The Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Corporate Recruiter to join our team in Apeldoorn. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary point of contact for all recruitment activities within the organization. You will have the autonomy to shape and execute recruitment strategies, ensuring the effective sourcing of talent across a broad spectrum of roles, including drivers, sales staff, specialists, and business unit managers. Working closely with line managers and stakeholders, you will manage the full recruitment cycle—from intake and candidate sourcing to selection and onboarding. Your expertise will directly influence the quality of talent entering the organization, supporting our growth ambitions and maintaining our reputation as an employer of choice. Qualifications HBO work- and denkniveau (higher professional education level) Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Corporate Recruiter, Senior Recruiter, or Recruitment Specialist Proven ability to independently manage the full recruitment process Experience in stakeholder management and advising management teams Proactive, analytical, and entrepreneurial mindset Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with recruitment projects and process improvements Ability to prioritize and organize recruitment activities efficiently in a dynamic environment Valid B driving license Responsibilities Conduct vacancy intakes with line managers and advise on target groups, labor market conditions, and recruitment strategies Write compelling and attractive job descriptions to appeal to suitable candidates Source, approach, select, and interview candidates for a variety of roles across the organization Manage the entire candidate journey, from application to onboarding, ensuring a positive experience Conduct interviews at the headquarters, distribution center, and regional branches Develop and implement innovative recruitment initiatives and campaigns to attract top talent Take ownership of recruitment projects, including the further development of our ATS (Carerix) Utilize data, analytics, and reports to gain insights and optimize recruitment processes Identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness Enhance the company's employer branding through targeted campaigns, content creation, and event participation Collaborate closely with HR and management to continuously improve talent inflow and reduce turnover Act as a strategic advisor to management on labor market trends and recruitment best practices Benefits Competitive salary ranging from €3,675 to €6,500 gross per month Lease auto with fuel card valid across Europe Attractive profit-sharing scheme 25 vacation days annually Flexible hybrid working arrangements, allowing 1-2 days remote work per week Access to LinkedIn Recruiter and professional recruitment tools Discounts on fitness memberships and participation in the bicycle plan Supportive HR team providing guidance and development opportunities Autonomy, trust, and responsibility in your role Equal Opportunity Koninklijke Oosterberg is an equal opportunity employer. Requirements

Requires at least five years of experience as a corporate recruiter, senior recruiter, or recruitment specialist, with the ability to independently manage the full recruitment process and advise stakeholders. Candidates should have higher professional education-level thinking and working capacity, strong communication and analytical skills, a proactive and entrepreneurial approach, recruitment project experience, and a valid category B driving license.
