Apply at: Glopros As a Senior Product Designer, you will be pivotal in shaping the way users interact with our product. Collaborating closely with a Product Manager, you will leverage user-centered design practices and data to create impactful solutions that deliver real value. Your designs will simplify complex workflows, enabling IT managers to perform their jobs more efficiently and intuitively. What You'll Be Doing Collaborating with product managers, engineers, external partners, and fellow designers to identify and tackle significant user problems. Conducting UX research to reveal design challenges and discover new opportunities for innovation. Owning the design process from concept to execution, delivering features that have a tangible impact on users. Running user interviews, usability tests, and analyzing data to formulate solutions grounded in authentic user needs. Working cross-functionally with product, engineering, stakeholders, and teammates to create seamless workflows. Growing and maintaining our design system to ensure scalability and consistency as the company expands. Navigating complex workflows and edge cases to address customer needs in a product category that is continuously evolving. What We're Looking For 7+ years of experience as a Product Designer or in a similar role, preferably within fast-paced SaaS companies, working in close alignment with engineers and PMs. A strong understanding of designing scalable, accessible solutions by default. Comfort in lean and agile collaborative environments, such as startups, product teams, agencies, or studios. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Extensive experience with Figma and the development of design systems. The ability to articulate design decisions to peers and stakeholders, while remaining attentive to technical feasibility and business objectives. A proven track record of crafting focused solutions that directly address real user challenges. A passion for advancing human-centered design principles, best practices, and accessibility standards throughout the team. A commitment to contributing to and evolving our design system and visual language. An interest in mentoring fellow designers and fostering an inclusive, collaborative design culture. Core Responsibilities

Lead product design from concept through execution, using research and data to solve user problems and simplify complex workflows for IT managers. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, partners, and stakeholders, while maintaining and evolving the design system and visual language.

Requirements

Requires 7+ years of product design or similar experience, preferably in fast-paced SaaS environments, and extensive experience with Figma and design systems. Candidates should be skilled in accessible, scalable design, research, communication, and cross-functional collaboration, and be able to balance user needs with technical feasibility and business objectives.
