You’ll switch easily between strategy and daily operations, planning for the future while solving today’s challenges. What You’ll Do Turn maintenance strategy into smart, future-proof plans Build and run preventive maintenance programs Keep budgets healthy and spot cost-saving opportunities Lead and coach local maintenance managers across countries Partner up with suppliers and build strong relationships Take charge in technical challenges and crisis situations Push forward sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives What You’ll Have You have a degree in Engineering, Facility Management or similar You bring 5–8 years of experience in maintenance management, ideally in hospitality You have managed multiple sites and teams before You know building systems, regulations and safety standards inside out You bring strong communication and organizational skills You have solid experience managing budgets You’re fluent in English; Dutch is essential What We Offer: The opportunity to work at a dynamic, multi-national company based in one of Europe’s most exciting cities. Core Responsibilities
Develop and implement maintenance strategies and preventive maintenance programs across multiple properties in the Netherlands, while managing budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Lead local maintenance managers, coordinate suppliers, address technical challenges and crises, and advance sustainability and energy-efficiency initiatives.
Requirements
A degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field and 5–8 years of maintenance management experience are required, ideally in hospitality. Candidates should have experience managing multiple sites and teams, strong knowledge of building systems, regulations, and safety standards, budget-management experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and fluency in English and Dutch.
