As a Chef de Partie, you play a key role in preparing dishes and supporting the kitchen team. Responsibilities: You are responsible for preparing breakfast/lunch/dinner (depending on the shift) together with the Kitchen Team; You are responsible for creating remarkable culinary experiences in the Food & Beverage outlets; restaurant and meeting areas; You make sure that the HACCP rules and regulations are followed; You support the Commis de Cuisine and Demi Chef de Partie; You assist the Chef de Cuisine with creating the menus; You take ownership of the efficient running of the kitchen in the absence of the Chef de Cuisine What we offer: In this role, you will join an international team of awesome colleagues. The corresponding gross monthly salary scale ranges from €2.505,04.–€3.032,79, based on full‑time employment. The starting level within the scale depends on experience. We offer 25 vacation days (full-time), 8% holiday allowance, travel allowance, daily meal, and 5 extra paid paternity leave days after 1 year Qualifications: You have an European passport or a Dutch work permit; You are fluent in English; You are flexible working different shifts (morning and evening); You are passionate about hospitality; You have 2 years work experience as Demi-Chef de Partie or you already have experience as Chef de Partie; You are open minded and eager to learn. Core Responsibilities

Prepare meals for the assigned shift and create culinary experiences in the hotel's restaurant and meeting areas while ensuring HACCP rules are followed. Support Commis de Cuisine and Demi Chef de Partie staff, assist with menu creation, and oversee efficient kitchen operations when the Chef de Cuisine is absent.

Requirements

Applicants must live in the Netherlands, be eligible to work there, speak English fluently, and be flexible to work morning and evening shifts. They need at least two years of experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or prior Chef de Partie experience; culinary program graduation and kitchen hygiene certifications are preferred.
