What To Expect During Your Internship Join our HR team and work closely with managers across the organization while taking ownership of Campus Recruitment. You’ll coordinate the full internship recruitment cycle across multiple departments, act as the main point of contact for both interns and managers and contribute to broader HR initiatives that enhance employee experience. This role offers hands ‑ on exposure to recruitment, stakeholder management, and HR operations. Ready to contribute from day one? Your Responsibility Lead the recruitment and selection process for new interns across the organization Partner with managers to identify and develop internship opportunities for September 2027 and future intakes Contribute to improving and developing our internship processes Represent Viking at career fairs, guest lectures, and university events Collaborate with the HR team on applicant screening and selection activities Serve as the primary point of contact for interns throughout their journey at Viking Support key HR functions, including onboarding, training, and assessments Contribute to additional projects aligned with your strengths and professional interests Your Profile You are a 3rd year Bachelor student studying HRM, International Business, or a related field You have a strong interest in Recruitment and HR You bring a fresh perspective and ideas for improving current processes You are proactive and confident in approaching others You are a clear communicator, detail-oriented, and organized You have excellent spoken and written English skills (Dutch or German is a plus) You are available full-time from February 2027 for a duration of 5-6 months What We Offer A unique opportunity to develop your skills in an international environment A competitive internship allowance of €500 gross per month, plus a travel allowance (if applicable) Approximately 15 days of holiday during a 5-month internship (3 days per internship month) Excellent guidance and support from experienced colleagues An internship program focused on your personal and professional development Hands-on experience in Recruitment and HR initiatives Are you enthusiastic and ready for a new challenge? Core Responsibilities
Lead the full internship recruitment and selection cycle, coordinate with managers to develop internship opportunities, and represent Viking at career and university events. Serve as the main contact for interns and support onboarding, training, assessments, and other HR initiatives.
Requirements
Applicants must be third-year bachelor's students in HRM, International Business, or a related field, with a strong interest in recruitment and HR. They should be proactive, confident, organized, detail-oriented, and clear communicators with excellent spoken and written English; Dutch or German is a plus, and full-time availability from February 2027 for five to six months is required.
