Join our Sales Operations & Tenderdesk team, where you'll work alongside experienced professionals to streamline sales processes, analyse customer data, and support international clients. Your Responsibilities Optimize internal sales processes by collaborating with the Sales Operations team Support the Tenderdesk in preparing proposals and managing documentation Analyse sales data and customer insights across various markets to enhance decision-making Work on cross-departmental projects that drive revenue growth Maintain and strengthen relationships with international clients to ensure their needs are met Propose innovative ideas to strengthen our international customer relationships Your Profile You are a 3 rd year Bachelor student studying International Business/Communication, or a related field Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written) with a good command of English Passionate about sales, customer engagement, and business strategy A strong communicator who enjoys collaborating with colleagues and clients You possess strong analytical skills and a basic understanding of sales processes Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office (Excel, Outlook) is preferred You are available full-time from February 2027 for approximately 5-6 months What will we offer you? Core Responsibilities
Optimize internal sales processes, support the Tenderdesk with proposals and documentation, and analyze sales data and customer insights across markets. Contribute to revenue-growth projects and build strong relationships with international clients by understanding and responding to their needs.
Requirements
Applicants should be third-year bachelor’s students in International Business, Communication, or a related field, fluent in spoken and written Dutch, and have a good command of English. They should be interested in sales and customer engagement, communicate and collaborate effectively, have analytical skills and basic sales-process knowledge, and preferably know CRM systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office; full-time availability from February 2027 for approximately five to six months is required.
