We follow an Agile way of working, with multiple Scrum teams continuously delivering improvements to HR digital services. We work closely with IT colleagues, vendors, and HR professionals. You will be part of the Talent Hub IT Team, which consists of a total of 8 people (product owner, business developers and IT engineers combined). As a Business Developer, you primarily serve as the bridge between business and IT. You act as a business consultant, analyst, and project manager who coordinates and monitors IT changes together with IT colleagues. You translate stakeholder needs and requirements into workable processes and IT solutions. Your role is mainly one of preparation, direction, governance, and structure. The actual IT changes are implemented by the IT specialists in your team. The coming year (2027) the Talent Hub IT team will focus on two major projects; the implementation of SAP Position Management and the implementation of Smart Recruiters. In practice, this means you will: - Perform scenario analyses - Design and optimize processes - Conduct Change Risk Assessments - Create project plans and roadmaps - Guide and instruct colleagues - Align with business stakeholders - Drive IT changes through to execution and implementation With the following results (SMART) - You help the team with the implementation of one of the big projects, to meet the expected deadlines - You have a consulting role towards the business, to make sure that the choices made are sustainable and according our target solution - You are translating business requirements into IT solutions, so the IT engineers in the team can develop this - You ensure changes are delivered in a controlled and compliant manner, according the Governance and Risk processes within the organization. Requirements You are an energetic professional with a passion for combining strategic thinking and practical execution. You have a strong understanding of what is happening within the organization and act as a role model. The customer perspective is your primary driver in working within a grid organization. As a Business Developer, you have established expertise in a specific area and are recognized for it by others. You are: - Structured and organized - Proactive and persistent - Skilled in stakeholder management - Strong in planning and expectation management - Able to translate business requirements into IT solutions - Knowledge of onboarding a new Application - Knowledge of / Experience with the implementation of Smart Recruiters is preferred - Knowledge of / Experience with the implementation of SAP Position Management is preferred

Core Responsibilities

Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT, translating business needs into processes and IT requirements while coordinating and governing changes. Support major project implementations through scenario analysis, process design, risk assessments, planning, stakeholder alignment, and delivery oversight.

Requirements

The role calls for an experienced, structured, proactive professional with strong stakeholder management, planning, and expectation-management skills. Candidates should be able to translate business requirements into IT solutions and understand application onboarding; experience implementing SAP Position Management or SmartRecruiters is preferred.
