Introduction 36 hours per week Start: asap Duration: 1 year assignment with the possibility of extension ZZP is allowed Hybrid working applicable Dutch is mandatory The relocation is not possible for this role Job description The Workplace Management IT Team is looking for an experienced Business Developer to coordinate the onboarding and implementation of IT solutions and network-connected facility devices in support of Homebase. The applicable onboarding journey may differ per solution and is not always known upfront. It depends on factors such as the proposed architecture, connectivity, data processing, use of AI capabilities, supplier responsibilities, security impact and the advice and requirements of CISO and other control functions. The Business Developer is responsible for creating clarity in this environment. You assess the scope and impact of proposed solutions, identify the applicable governance and onboarding processes, bring together the required subject-matter experts and translate their input into a clear and executable delivery plan. You ensure that decisions, dependencies, risks, required evidence and ownership are transparent and actively managed. A substantial part of the assignment consists of coordinating risk and compliance activities, including Change Risk Assessments. Where solutions contain AI capabilities, you coordinate alignment with the applicable AI governance and onboarding process. You work closely with the Product Owner, the WMIT team, internal IT functions, suppliers and Workplace Management stakeholders. You maintain momentum, escalate impediments and ensure that the solutions and their supporting documentation are ready within the agreed Homebase milestones. Requirements - 3+ years’ experience as Business Developer, Business Analyst or Project Manager; - Experience with IT onboarding and supplier-managed solutions; - Knowledge of risk assessments, security requirements and go-live readiness; - Ability to translate requirements and controls into clear plans and work items; - Experience within ABN AMRO and affinity with facility technology; - HBO/WO working and thinking level; Fluent in Dutch and English; Soft skills: - Ownership, execution excellence and a strong delivery mindset; - Proactive, pragmatic and solution-oriented; - Quickly creates structure in complex assignments; - Connects people and drives decisions and actions; - Attention to detail and effective under deadline pressure.
Core Responsibilities
Coordinate the onboarding and implementation of IT solutions and network-connected facility devices, assessing scope and impact and establishing the appropriate governance and delivery approach. Bring together stakeholders and experts to manage risk, security, AI assessments, dependencies, decisions, documentation, and go-live readiness against agreed milestones.
Requirements
Requires at least three years of experience as a Business Developer, Business Analyst, or Project Manager, with experience in IT onboarding and supplier-managed solutions and knowledge of risk assessments, security requirements, and go-live readiness. Applicants must have HBO/WO-level working and thinking ability, fluency in Dutch and English, and the ability to structure complex work, connect stakeholders, and deliver effectively under deadline pressure.
