As part of the WITRON Group, WIOSS BeNeLux is responsible for the technical operation and optimization of highly automated logistics systems across the region Maintenance Planner – CDC JUMBO KW We offer you a high-tech work environment within a state-of-the-art automated distribution centre a full-time position of 38 hours per week in day shift a competitive monthly salary, a one-year contract from day one, and an excellent pension scheme 28 vacation days, profit sharing, commuting allowance, and other attractive benefits extensive training, development, and career growth opportunities Your role in our team implement and maintain the appropriate maintenance strategy and translate it into practical and effective maintenance plans for the on-site maintenance team analyse existing maintenance activities and continuously improve maintenance schedules, procedures, and work instructions independently plan both preventive and corrective maintenance activities using modern maintenance methodologies schedule the required maintenance technicians and issue maintenance work orders monitor ongoing maintenance activities regarding labour hours, spare parts, costs, and progress consult and advise various on-site departments and the customer regarding planned maintenance and repair activities provide maintenance technicians with the necessary information and guidance for specific and complex maintenance tasks collaborate closely with the Spare Parts Coordinator to identify, order, and manage the required materials and tools perform quality inspections on completed maintenance work and verify related documentation and registrations evaluate completed maintenance activities and perform cost analyses based on labour hours, shift reports, spare parts consumption, and maintenance costs work together with the on-site maintenance team to identify the root causes of system disruptions, fault rates, and fault durations, and implement sustainable solutions analyse maintenance, repair, conversion, overhaul, modernization, and improvement processes and ensure proper documentation of implemented optimizations develop maintenance and inspection plans, including task content, intervals, and scheduling, in cooperation with the Performance Engineer, and create improvement orders within Witool contribute to the development of training initiatives aimed at enhancing the technical and methodological competencies of the on-site maintenance team support the evaluation, planning, coordination, and monitoring of larger maintenance projects, including overhauls, optimizations, renovations, and modernization activities assist in maintaining and continuously updating performance and cost evaluations, KPIs, reports, and technical documentation in collaboration with the Performance Engineer Ideal candidate vocational qualification (MBO 4 / EQF Level 4) or HBO bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable technical discipline have at least one year of experience in a similar planning role and several years of experience as a maintenance technician have knowledge of maintenance planning, maintenance management systems, and maintenance processes you are highly analytical, well-organized, pragmatic, and able to work accurately under pressure you possess strong problem-solving skills, perseverance, and experience working in a project-oriented environment you communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing knowledge of Dutch is an advantage, but not required in possession of car and transportation What Our Employees Say According to our latest employee satisfaction survey, WITRON is a place where Employees feel proud of the work they do. Requirements

Applicants need an MBO 4/EQF Level 4 vocational qualification or an HBO bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable technical field. They should have at least one year in a similar planning role, several years as a maintenance technician, knowledge of maintenance planning and systems, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective written and spoken English, and access to a car and transportation; Dutch is an advantage.
