Your role as Senior Manager, Strategy & Transformation We're looking for a highly motivated, experienced Senior Manager with a proven track record in delivering large-scale transformation projects, building strong client relationships and driving business growth. You'll play a critical role in ensuring successful delivery, expanding our client base, and shaping the future of our business. What you’ll be working on Overseeing end-to-end delivery of €1M+ revenue engagements, ensuring quality, scope and budget are met with minimal oversight Acting as primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, building trust and addressing client challenges proactively Managing multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction Driving sales efforts by identifying opportunities, expanding accounts and managing commercial activities Leading the preparation of high-quality proposals, including strategy, scoping and pricing, to secure new business Developing and refining new service offerings and methodologies aligned with industry trends and client needs Leading, mentoring and inspiring high-performing teams, fostering growth, collaboration and a positive work environment Providing coaching, feedback and performance evaluations, addressing team challenges effectively Overseeing contract negotiations and commercial management for client accounts, ensuring profitability and value delivery Staying ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies and market dynamics to bring cutting-edge insights to clients and the practice Who you are 8-10 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm or related field, with expertise in digital transformation, AI, or data & analytics Proven ability to manage large-scale engagements and deliver high-impact outcomes Strong understanding of digital technologies, trends, and their applications in business settings Demonstrated experience building trust, managing senior stakeholders, and expanding client accounts Strong track record driving sales and achieving revenue targets Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and guide teams Affinity for innovating and adaptability in evolving business contexts Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (C1 minimum); Dutch is a strong plus Willing to travel as needed What we offer A competitive compensation package 25 days off per year, plus a full week off between Christmas and New Year Flexible work from abroad for up to 6 weeks per year Pension scheme to help you plan for your future Learning & Development budget and individual Coursera account Mobility allowance ClassPass membership Access to the latest tools: ChatGPT Pro, Claude, Notion, Sembly, SlideHub and Riverflex's in-house developed software Equity share scheme for long-term team members EU-eligible or open to a Dutch highly skilled migrant visa - we sponsor. 30% ruling support available. Core Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of large client transformation engagements, managing quality, scope, budgets, senior stakeholder relationships, and commercial outcomes. Drive business growth through sales, account expansion, proposals, and service development while leading and mentoring high-performing teams.

Requirements

Requires 8–10 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm or related field, with expertise in digital transformation, AI, or data and analytics, and a track record delivering large-scale engagements and achieving revenue targets. Candidates should demonstrate senior stakeholder management, team leadership, strong English communication and presentation skills, and willingness to travel; Dutch is a strong plus.
