The Opportunity The Global Mobility Specialist supports the day‑to‑day operations of IPS Group’s EMEA immigration and relocation case management. Partnering with all stakeholders within the Global Mobility team together with HR, Finance, Tax, Legal and the wider business reporting to the Global Mobility Associate Director. This role manages end‑to‑end case management for employees relocating across EMEA, ensuring compliance, smooth case execution, and an excellent employee experience. In this role you will: Partner with our relocation partner and other vendors to ensure a best-in-class employee experience, for Secondments, Transfers, FIFO and Business Travel Work within a team to manage the administration of IPS Group’s immigration program across EMEA Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, managers, HRBPs, and TA teams regarding sponsorship and immigration-related matters Prepare and coordinate EMEA employment sponsorship applications including extensions, amendments, and status change Where required partner closely with external immigration counsel to coordinate strategy, documentation, and case progression Ensure documentation, tracking, and reporting meet internal audit and external compliance standards Complete system testing where required to implement changes for future efficiencies and look for opportunities to bring more efficient processes Demonstrate openness to different ways of working and a willingness to adopt new tools, processes, and mindsets. Share knowledge, support colleagues, and help build a collaborative, high‑trust culture Ensure compliance with country‑specific labour and immigration laws and corporate governance standards Maintain accurate and organized immigration files; conduct periodic audits to ensure regulatory compliance across all regions Monitor expiration dates for visas, permits, and passports and proactively initiate renewal processes Provide guidance to employees and candidates on immigration processes, timelines, and documentation Be consistent, compliant immigration outcomes with minimal friction for the business Build strong relationships with our relocation provider and effective partnership management Have a reputation across the group as a reliable, flexible, and solutions‑driven partner. We would love to hear from you if you: Have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience Have a minimum 3+ years of immigration administration experience supporting EMEA Have Human Resources generalist experience desirable Have strong communication skills, both verbal and written Are able to analyse data, identify trends, and present insights to guide decision‑making Have demonstrated problem‑solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset Are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel Are able to manage multiple priorities and balance competing deadlines from the business Have strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required. Core Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end EMEA immigration and relocation cases, including sponsorship applications, renewals, employee guidance, and coordination with relocation vendors, counsel, and internal stakeholders. Maintain compliant records and reporting, monitor visa and permit expirations, and improve processes while supporting a smooth employee experience.

Requirements

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience and at least three years of experience administering immigration matters in EMEA; HR generalist experience is desirable. Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, Excel, prioritization, confidentiality, and attention-to-detail skills are required.
