Job Description
As a Supply Planner QSR, you play a key role in managing the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) order flow and creating an optimal supply plan for our suppliers and Contract Manufacturers (CMs). You work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellent service, product availability, and smooth operational processes, while actively contributing to the integration of The Vegetarian Butcher and Vivera. What you'll be responsible for: Customer Communication Maintain strong communication with customers regarding order fulfillment Manage the end-to-end order flow for QSR customers and related administration Ensure OTIF (On Time In Full) delivery performance, including additional customer requirements Balance service levels and costs effectively Lead and contribute to continuous process improvements and ways of working Proactively identify risks and take appropriate actions to mitigate them Supply Planning Manage supply plans with Contract Manufacturers and suppliers to ensure product availability Monitor inventory levels, forecasts, replenishment orders, and intercompany transactions Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve supply constraints Collaborate with Innovation & Marketing teams to ensure OTIF delivery of innovations and renovations Manage product phase-ins and phase-outs while minimizing obsolete stock Proactively identify risks and coordinate mitigation actions across the business Integration TVB / Vivera Actively contribute to the integration of planning processes and systems Support the implementation and continuous improvement of planning systems such as Slim4 and Thinkwise Contribute to cross-functional integration initiatives across The Vegetarian Butcher Collective What you'll do: Create and maintain supply plans for suppliers and Contract Manufacturers Manage QSR customer orders and ensure excellent customer service Monitor inventory, forecasts, and supply performance Coordinate product launches, renovations, and transitions Drive continuous improvement initiatives within planning and customer operations Collaborate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Innovation, Marketing, Sales, and external partners Support the wider supply chain team in activities, business priorities and/or provide back up role. What you'll bring HBO or WO work and thinking level 3+ years of experience in planning, logistics, customer service, or supply chain Strong understanding of supply chain processes Analytical skills and the ability to use data for decision-making and problem-solving Experience working with planning and ERP systems such as Exact and Slim4 Fluent in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing Strong sense of ownership, accuracy, and responsibility Continuous improvement mindset Key requirements Experience in supply planning, demand planning, logistics and/or customer operations Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-changing environment Experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously Why apply for this role? Core Responsibilities
Create and manage supply plans, QSR customer orders, inventory, forecasts, and product transitions to maintain availability and on-time, in-full delivery. Coordinate with suppliers, contract manufacturers, and internal teams while supporting planning-system integration and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Applicants should have HBO or WO work-and-thinking level and at least three years of experience in planning, logistics, customer service, or supply chain, with strong supply-chain knowledge and analytical skills. The role requires experience with planning or ERP systems, fluent Dutch and English, strong stakeholder communication, ownership, accuracy, and the ability to manage priorities in a changing environment.
