About The Role As exclusive partner in Europe of Canadian premium sports & apparel brand lululemon, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner, based in Amsterdam, to support recruitment across all Arion lululemon stores and our Birkenstock store in Athens, and to partner closely with our Senior HRBPs throughout the full recruitment lifecycle. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on, multi-country recruitment experience within a fast-growing, people-driven retail environment, working alongside HR Business Partners across our European markets including: Denmark, Belgium, Poland, Hungary, Romania, Greece, Austria and upcoming Finland, Portugal and Cyprus. To be successful in this role, you need to thrive in a fast-paced environment, be hands on, proactive and organized, and enjoy building relationships with candidates, hiring managers and HR colleagues across different countries and cultures. You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following responsibilities: Support end-to-end recruitment activities across all lululemon and Birkenstock stores in Europe managed by Arion, in close collaboration with HRBPs. Post job openings, screen CVs and conduct first-round interviews for retail and corporate roles. Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, hiring managers and HRBPs across multiple markets and time zones. Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Assist HRBPs with the preparation of offer letters, employment documentation and onboarding logistics. Contribute to employer branding and sourcing initiatives, including social media and talent outreach campaigns. Support the organization of recruitment events, store openings and assessment days. Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process. Provide general administrative support related to recruitment process to HR team as needed. Profile Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field. At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, retail or multi-country environment. Excellent communication and relational skills, with a genuine interest in people and talent. Well organized, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once. Proactive, curious and eager to learn in a fast-paced, international environment. Proficient in English is a must, any additional language is an advantage. A valid European work permit is mandatory. Support recruitment across lululemon stores in Europe and a Birkenstock store in Athens, partnering with HR Business Partners throughout the hiring lifecycle. Manage candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, scheduling, recruitment records, offers, onboarding, employer branding, and recruitment events while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field and at least one year of recruitment experience are required; retail or multi-country experience is preferred. Candidates should be organized, proactive, detail-oriented, strong communicators, proficient in English, based in Amsterdam, and hold a valid European work permit.
