Process Expert Tactical Planning Fulltime (38 hours per week) Are you looking for an expert role with a focus on processes, systems and optimizations? As a Process Expert Tactical & Network Planning, you ensure that our Supply Chain planning is aligned to the operational daily processes today and in the future. You look end-to-end at how we plan, forecast and bring our assortment through our network, and translate activities into smart, scalable and efficient processes that work end-to-end. This is your daily action Identify opportunities to make tactical and network planning processes simpler, faster and more efficient Analyze process, system and performance issues, identify root causes and translate findings into practical improvements Work closely with Tactical and Network Planning teams to understand their challenges and translate business needs into clear requirements Identify where data, reports, systems or ways of working are slowing down the planning process and help find better solutions Translate business requirements into clear IT specifications and work closely with IT, product teams and external system partners on improvements Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing, coordinating and testing new systems, functionalities and upgrades Follow process and system improvements from identifying an issue or opportunity through to implementation Investigate issues with reports, data and system outputs, identify what is missing or not working, and work with IT to find solutions Design, document and continuously improve processes to increase visibility, traceability and efficiency across the network Work with different teams and departments to make sure process and system changes work effectively across the planning process Contribute to projects and initiatives that support Action’s growing network, including forecasting and the tactical planning of inbound and outbound volumes, flow types and pallet requirements Help ensure planning processes, systems and ways of working are simple, scalable and future proof as Action continues to grow Current Key Project: Tactical Planning Improvement of our planning capabilities, specifically focused on Merchandise Planning, Assortment Planning, Demand Forecasting and Supply Chain Planning. This is you You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoy working in a role where things are constantly evolving. You are curious, structured and analytical, with a natural affinity for systems and logistics processes. You enjoy understanding how things work and finding practical ways to improve them. You are comfortable working with both business and IT stakeholders and can communicate clearly to make sure requirements and solutions are understood. You enjoy solving problems, working with data and systems, and helping ensure that new solutions meet the needs of the business. You are organized and comfortable working across multiple projects at the same time. You approach challenges in a structured way, enjoy finding solutions and are motivated by improving processes and making systems work better for the business. In addition: You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field You have 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a transport, logistics or supply chain environment You have an affinity with IT systems and process improvement; experience with SAP or MRP systems is a plus You communicate confidently in English, both written and verbal, and can connect business needs with IT You have a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving You are comfortable working across multiple projects with different stakeholders What we offer Surprisingly much! Requirements

Candidates should be analytical and structured, comfortable working with IT systems and multiple stakeholders, and confident communicating in English; SAP or MRP experience is a plus.
