Share your talents Share your talents As Senior Manager Network Planning, you will lead the daily supply operations within our Supply Planning & Inventory department and help ensure that our growing omnichannel business has the right products available at the right place and time. Reporting to the Director Supply Planning & Inventory, you will connect Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Planning Operations, S&OE and Inventory Management with Finance, Control & Analytics, our logistics partners and suppliers. You will take ownership of inbound and order management, inventory availability, capacity forecasting and the associated budgets and processes. As the central Supply Chain contact within the weekly S&OE cycle, you will bring teams together, translate insights into clear priorities and act decisively when supply or capacity is at risk. At the same time, you will build and develop the Network Planning team and create scalable ways of working that support our international growth. Your contribution will help us live up to an important ambition: Supply Chain will never be the bottleneck for growth. In This Role, You Will Lead, coach and develop the Network Planning team, creating clarity, accountability and an environment in which people can grow. Direct inbound and order management to secure the right level of supply across our central warehouses while balancing availability, inventory, capacity and costs. Own the inbound and transfer capacity forecast and align requirements with Supply Chain teams, Finance, suppliers and third-party logistics partners. Coordinate the weekly S&OE process across omnichannel replenishment, wholesale and travel retail fulfilment, Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Logistics. Establish clear performance management and reporting for availability, days of supply, supplier performance and logistics capacity, acting as an escalation point and driving issues towards resolution. Bring all of you Bring all of you You are an experienced supply chain leader who combines a strong understanding of planning and operations with a genuine interest in people. You create direction in a complex stakeholder environment and know how to turn data, forecasts and competing priorities into practical decisions. With your commercial mindset, you understand the connection between product availability, inventory, cost and customer experience. You remain composed when circumstances change, communicate clearly and bring the right people together to solve problems. Alongside managing daily performance, you look ahead and identify how processes, systems and teams can become more scalable. You take ownership, make thoughtful decisions and help others succeed through coaching, trust and clear expectations. To Be Successful In This Role, You Have a higher professional or university level of thinking and at least five years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Operations or Planning. Bring proven people-management skills and know how to build, coach and develop an effective team while strategically guiding your team to the next level. Have strong analytical capabilities and can translate planning data, performance indicators and operational risks into clear actions. You still like to operate hands-on, are pragmatic and focus on execution as well! Combine commercial awareness with sound judgement and remain decisive and resilient when priorities or circumstances change. You don't only connect dots, but also people! Communicate effectively and can align multiple internal and external stakeholders around a clear vision, practical processes and shared results. Requirements
Requires at least five years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Operations or Planning, along with proven people-management and team-development skills. Candidates should be analytical, commercially aware, hands-on, decisive under changing conditions, and effective at aligning internal and external stakeholders.
