Role Description: We’re looking for a UX Writer to join our UX Writing and Content Design organisation in our Marketing department. We’re a close-knit community made up of more than 70 writers. Partnerships: You'll set and drive craft direction for Booking.com's B2B Partnerships ecosystem, from partner-facing product experiences at scale to external AI integrations with players like OpenAI and Google. From fee management and reporting tools to complex GenAI flows, the topics you own are varied and require both attention to detail and comfort with ambiguity. You'd be embedded across multiple product teams, collaborating closely with PMs, PMMs, and UX designers. Some weeks you'll be deep in complex topics; others you'll be moving quickly on smaller requests or flows. Our mission is to deliver the best value and easiest travel experience for our customers. You’ll have the opportunity to create products used by millions of travellers and partners around the globe across different platforms, from web to app. In this role, you'll partner directly with highly iterative product teams, while enjoying the support, community and resources of a large, experienced UX organisation made up of nearly 200 writers, designers and researchers. You’ll report to the UX Writing Manager for your area who will support you in your growth and development. UX Writers at Booking.com write clear and concise quality messaging that considers the end-to-end user experience. You need to be an excellent communicator and collaborator – we work in a dynamic and diverse environment where inclusivity, openness and humility are key. Almost everything you write will be translated into 44+ languages and dialects, and you’ll need to work closely with peers and stakeholders like Marketing, Brand and Legal to deliver at velocity and scale. Samples should include UX/product writing work specifying your role and clearly defining problems, solutions and your UX processes. Core Responsibilities
Create clear, concise UX copy for Booking.com's B2B Partnerships products and experiences, including partner tools and AI integrations, and provide localization specialists with context for translation. Collaborate with product and design teams, use research and business metrics to assess impact, and iterate on messaging in line with UX writing standards.
Requirements
Candidates need at least three years of relevant UX writing experience, including work with e-commerce or data-driven product teams, and experience with AI topics such as prompting and quality assessment. They must be fluent in English and provide a portfolio demonstrating UX writing work, while showing strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, and data-informed problem-solving skills.
