The role shapes and delivers the people agenda to strengthen organization capability, leadership, talent and culture while enabling sustainable business growth. Working across markets and through the OneHR model, the HR Leader combines business insight, data and local knowledge to turn enterprise strategy into focused, practical action. Translate business strategy into workforce plans, organization design and clear ways of working. Use business and people insights to identify risks, priorities and targeted actions. Build talent and capability. Lead the talent rhythm, succession and pipeline planning. Partner with Talent Acquisition and learning teams to close critical capability gaps through build, buy and borrow strategies. Coach leaders and strengthen teams. Provide trusted, direct coaching to leaders. Improve leadership impact, decision-making, performance, inclusion and team effectiveness. Drive culture and engagement. Use employee listening and workforce insights to shape actions that strengthen engagement, accountability, collaboration, growth and customer centricity. Lead change. Guide organization design, restructuring and transformation in partnership with Legal, Employee Relations/Labor Relations and relevant employee representative bodies. Build practical change and stabilization plans. Integrate OneHR solutions. Connect specialist and local HR expertise to deliver simple, coherent and locally relevant solutions. Use analytics and digital tools to improve decisions and the employee and manager experience. Experience And Qualifications University degree required; qualification in Human Resources, psychology, economics, business or a related discipline preferred. Typically 6+ years of professional experience, including strong strategic HR business partnering experience. Experience supporting commercial organizations and senior leaders in an international, matrixed environment. Demonstrated capability in organization design, workforce planning, talent, succession, leadership coaching and change. Experience working across countries and labor environments; works council or employee representative experience is strongly preferred. Strong business and analytical acumen, with excellent influencing, consultation and facilitation skills. Fluent English required; relevant local language capability is an advantage. Core Responsibilities
Partner with MedTech Surgery leaders across Benelux and the Nordics to translate business strategy into workforce plans, organization design, talent pipelines, and practical people initiatives. Coach leaders, guide organizational change, strengthen engagement and culture, and coordinate local and specialist HR expertise using data and digital tools.
Requirements
A university degree is required, with a degree in human resources, psychology, economics, business, or a related discipline preferred; typically, at least six years of professional experience and strong strategic HR business partnering experience are expected. Candidates should have experience supporting senior leaders in international, matrixed commercial organizations, expertise across organization design, workforce planning, talent, succession, coaching, and change, and fluent English; works council or employee representative experience is strongly preferred.
