About The Role We are engaging Indonesian-speaking Psychiatrists to contribute clinical expertise to an innovative AI training project. You will develop and evaluate complex psychiatric case studies, assess AI-generated mental health content, and provide expert feedback grounded in Indonesian clinical practice, cultural context, and ethical standards. No prior AI experience is required — your psychiatric expertise is what matters most. SENIORITY: Experienced Psychiatrist LANGUAGE: Indonesian — native; English — advanced Key Responsibilities Develop and evaluate complex psychiatric case studies for AI training and evaluation Conduct expert psychiatric assessments and provide annotations reflecting Indonesian clinical practices and perspectives Review AI-generated mental health content for clinical accuracy, safety, ethical considerations, and cultural appropriateness Produce clear and precise documentation and analysis in both Indonesian and English Collaborate with AI researchers, clinicians, and interdisciplinary project teams Apply appropriate ethical standards when reviewing sensitive psychiatric content and maintain confidentiality Contribute to bilingual frameworks for accurate communication of psychiatric concepts Provide expert feedback on how AI systems evaluate and reason about mental health scenarios Identify clinically inaccurate, culturally inappropriate, or potentially harmful outputs Requirements Medical degree (MD, MBBS, or equivalent) Completed psychiatry residency Valid medical license or appropriate professional registration Native or near-native Indonesian proficiency Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal Extensive experience in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and clinical documentation Strong understanding of Indonesian clinical and cultural perspectives on mental health Strong ethical judgment and ability to work with sensitive mental health content Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills

Core Responsibilities

Develop and evaluate psychiatric case studies for AI training, assess AI-generated mental health content for clinical accuracy, safety, ethics, and cultural appropriateness, and provide expert feedback on AI reasoning. Document findings in Indonesian and English while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and maintaining confidentiality.

Requirements

Requires a medical degree, completed psychiatry residency, valid medical license or professional registration, native or near-native Indonesian, and advanced English. Candidates should have extensive psychiatric clinical experience, strong knowledge of Indonesian mental health perspectives, sound ethical judgment, and excellent communication and analytical skills.
