Voor onze locatie in Boxtel zijn wij op zoek naar een:
Facilitair medewerker
(32-40 uur)
Wat ga je doen?
Als facilitair medewerker ben je het aanspreekpunt voor alle meldingen die betrekking hebben op facilitaire zaken. Dit kan het vervangen van defecte kantoorartikelen zijn, het bijhouden van voorraden van persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen en de registratie van kluisjes en kantinevoorraden, maar ook het representatief houden van de vergaderzalen en het afhandelen van de post. Je signaleert actief hoe we ons gebouw en onze werkomgeving kunnen verbeteren en werkt daarvoor samen met de collega’s van verschillende afdelingen. Je vindt het leuk om in ieder geval tweemaal per week iedereen van een heerlijke snack of lunch te voorzien.
Belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
- Toezien en acteren op schoonmaak kantoor en kantine
- Lunchvoorziening voor onze medewerkers
- Postverwerking
- Bijvullen van automaten
- Sleutelbeheer
- Bestellen en bijhouden van diverse voorraden door middel van Excel en Word
- Medewerkers voorzien van persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen
- Contact onderhouden met verschillende leveranciers

Core Responsibilities
The facility employee acts as the primary contact for all facility-related matters, including office maintenance, supply management, and post handling. They are also responsible for providing snacks or lunch for staff and coordinating with various departments to improve the work environment.
Requirements
The ideal candidate possesses a hands-on mentality, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Dutch and the ability to manage administrative tasks using Excel and Word are required.
