This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining HR knowledge with systems expertise, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration. You will play an important role in ensuring our HR systems run effectively, support our people processes, and deliver reliable data and insights to the business.

Working closely with HR colleagues, IT teams, external vendors, and key stakeholders, you will help maintain, improve, and optimise our HR technology landscape while supporting global HR projects and initiatives.

  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and business decision-making.

  • Provide user support, guidance, and training, translating system capabilities into practical solutions.

  • Coordinate with external vendors and monitor service delivery against agreed service levels.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the user experience.

  • Support global HR projects through effective planning, coordination, communication, and stakeholder management.

  • Maintain system documentation, procedures, and governance standards.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented professional with strong organisational skills and a passion for improving HR processes and systems.

You will ideally have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3-5+ years of experience working with HR systems and HR technology solutions.

  • Experience supporting HRIS implementations, upgrades, or enhancement projects.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and dashboard tools.

  • Sound understanding of HR processes and operational practices.

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong organisational and project coordination capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • A proactive and solution-focused mindset with attention to detail.

  • Experience working in an international environment and collaborating across countries and functions.

  • Work in a collaborative environment that values innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.
