What You Can Expect:
FUNCTIE
Je bent een spin in het web en de schakel tussen de sales, klanten en logistieke operaties bij het werven van nieuwe en behouden van bestaande klanten. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder meer uit het meedenken met de klant over logistieke vraagstukken, het opmaken van offertes, het opvolgen van salesleads en het afgeven van ad-hoc tarieven. Vanzelfsprekend heb je ook direct en dagelijks contact met onze klanten en internationale agenten.

OVER JOU
- MBO-4 niveau
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, in woord en geschrift
- Kennis van MS Office
- Kennis van de lucht-en zeevaartwetgeving (of bereid om er alles over te leren)
- Algemene kennis van transportmarkt en tarieven, luchtvaartwetgeving en douanezaken
- Uitstekende communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden
- Administratief accuraat en stressbestendig
- Klant- en resultaatgericht en kennis van commerciële processen

Core Responsibilities
You will act as a central point of contact between sales, customers, and logistics operations to acquire and retain clients. Responsibilities include managing logistics inquiries, preparing quotations, following up on sales leads, and providing ad-hoc rates.
Requirements
Candidates must have an MBO-4 level education and excellent proficiency in Dutch and English. Knowledge of air and sea freight regulations, customs, and commercial processes is required, along with strong administrative and communication skills.
