Job Description
In this role, you'll gain exposure to a broad range of accounting activities, including month-end close, cash management, balance sheet reconciliations, revenue recognition, payroll accounting, and audit support. You'll work closely with experienced finance professionals in a collaborative and international environment where continuous improvement and professional growth are encouraged. You'll work based out of Breda in a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
Responsibilities:
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Manage cash accounting and bank reconciliations.
- Track and account for prepaid expenses and accruals.
- Assist with revenue recognition reviews and testing.
- Reconcile intercompany transactions.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Contribute to process improvements and finance transformation initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years of accounting experience in public accounting or industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage.
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP is preferred.

Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and possess 2-4 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Excel is required, with preference given to those familiar with SAP S/4HANA and U.S. GAAP.
