Voor onze productielocatie in Tiel zoekt PPG een Procesoperator in 5-ploegendienst. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het veilig, kwalitatief en efficiënt laten verlopen van onze productieprocessen. Je werkt met moderne installaties binnen een dynamische chemische omgeving waar veiligheid, samenwerking en continue verbetering centraal staan.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Procesoperator ben je dagelijks bezig met het bewaken, bedienen en optimaliseren van het productieproces. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

• Bedienen, monitoren en bijsturen van productie-installaties;
• Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en registraties;
• Signaleren en oplossen van afwijkingen en storingen;
• Verrichten van eerstelijns onderhoudswerkzaamheden;
• Naleven van veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en milieuvoorschriften;
• Actief bijdragen aan verbeterprojecten en procesoptimalisaties;
• Samenwerken met collega's van Productie, Logistiek en Technische Dienst.

Wat breng je mee?

Harde eisen

• Afgeronde VAPRO B opleiding;
• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift;
• Bereidheid om te werken in een 5-ploegendienst;
• Veiligheidsbewuste en proactieve werkhouding.

Pré's

• Ervaring binnen de chemische industrie;
• Geldig NEN 3140-certificaat;
• Geldig heftruckcertificaat;
• BHV-certificering.
