Als Monteur Pre-ass:
Is het jouw taak om de benodigde componenten bij de voormontage te bouwen voor de kastenbouwers. Dit zijn bijna alle onderdelen die samen nodig zijn voor een complete functionerende machine. Je voert daarbij ook een aantal testen uit om te bepalen of de pre-ass. naar behoren functioneert. Deze functionele testen voer je zelfstandig uit.

Als machine tester:
Is het jouw taak om machines na de voormontage af te bouwen tot ze helemaal voldoen aan de eisen van de klant. Je voert daarbij ook een aantal testen uit om te bepalen of de machine naar behoren functioneert. Deze mechanische en functionele testen voer je zelfstandig uit.

Maar jouw rol rijkt verder dan alleen assemblage en testen. Wanneer er onregelmatigheden optreden ben jij degene die deze moet interpreteren en oplossen, of het nu gaat om elektronische problemen of mechanische gebreken. Jij bent uiteindelijk degene die bepaald of het systeem vrijgegeven mag worden voor verzending naar onze klanten.

Wat vragen we van jou?

·       Ervaring in het werken in een technische- of productieomgeving

·       Een opleiding bij voorkeur in de richting elektronica, mechatronica, fijnmechanica of autotechniek

·       Basiskennis van de Engelse taal

·       Een proactieve instelling en een analytische blik

·       Je kunt gedisciplineerd en zeer nauwgezet werken

·       Je werkt net zo makkelijk zelfstandig als in teamverband

Met wie en voor wie werk je?
Onze afdeling productie in Almelo bestaat uit verschillende onderdelen, het proces begint bij assemblage en eindigt bij de test afdeling. In totaal werken er 130 collega’s bij de productie  (waarvan 35 bij de testafdeling). De Machine groepen zijn verdeeld over 2 systemen namelijk de XRD en XRF.

Core Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the pre-assembly and functional testing of components for complex analytical instruments. Additionally, you will perform final mechanical and functional testing on machines to ensure they meet customer requirements and resolve any technical irregularities.

Requirements

Candidates should have experience in a technical or production environment and hold an education in electronics, mechatronics, fine mechanics, or automotive technology. A proactive attitude, analytical mindset, and the ability to work with high precision are essential.
