🏗️ Jouw projecten, jouw verantwoordelijkheid. Als Projectleider bij Wallcare krijg je de ruimte om meerdere gevelrenovatieprojecten van A tot Z te organiseren.
Vanaf het moment dat een opdracht binnenkomt, neem jij het over. Je maakt de planning, stuurt personeel en onderaannemers aan, houdt rechtstreeks contact met opdrachtgevers en bewaakt de kosten, kwaliteit en voortgang. Calculaties worden door een aparte afdeling opgepakt, zodat jij je kunt richten op het leiden van jouw projecten.
Bij Wallcare werk je binnen een familiebedrijf met ruim 30 jaar ervaring in gevelrenovatie. Je krijgt veel zelfstandigheid, korte lijnen en bent regelmatig op locatie bij jouw projecten.

Core Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing facade renovation projects from start to finish, including planning, personnel coordination, and subcontractor oversight. Additionally, you will maintain direct contact with clients while monitoring project costs, quality, and progress.
Requirements
The candidate must have several years of experience as a project leader in the construction industry. You are expected to be capable of running projects independently.
