Als Junior Medewerker Kwekerij & Techniek bij Champignonkwekerij Vedemij hoef je nog geen specialist te zijn. Je gaat juist werken met collega’s die veel weten van champignonteelt, machines en techniek en je dit in de praktijk leren.
De ene keer bedien je machines of rijd je op de heftruck, de andere keer controleer je de teelt, help je met de verwerking of los je een kleine storing op. Je zit dus niet de hele dag stil en doet ook niet iedere dag precies hetzelfde.
Je werkt als Junior Allround Medewerker bijna altijd samen met collega’s. Hoe meer je leert, hoe meer je zelf kunt oppakken. Later kijken jullie samen welk werk jou het beste ligt en waarin je verder wilt.
