Facility Coordinator

Als Facility Coordinator ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt voor alle facilitaire zaken binnen een of meerdere locaties. Je zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse operatie soepel verloopt en dat medewerkers en bezoekers kunnen werken in een prettige, veilige en goed onderhouden omgeving. Je schakelt proactief tussen verschillende disciplines en zorgt voor optimale dienstverlening aan onze opdrachtgever.

Wat ga je doen?

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie van alle facilitaire diensten, waaronder schoonmaak, ongedierte bestrijding, catering, onderhoud en receptie. Je bewaakt servicelevels en kwaliteit, behandelt meldingen en verzoeken van gebruikers, en zorgt voor tijdige oplossingen. Daarnaast onderhoud je contact met leveranciers en externe partijen, bewaak je budgetten en kosten, en rapporteer je over prestaties en KPI's.

Je draagt zorg voor naleving van veiligheids- en arborichtlijnen, coördineert kleine verbouwingen en verhuizingen, en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen in de facilitaire dienstverlening. Ook ondersteun je bij de implementatie van duurzaamheidsinitiatieven binnen de gebouwen.

Wat breng je mee?

• Je hebt minimaal een afgeronde MBO+/HBO-opleiding bij voorkeur in facilitair management of een vergelijkbare richting.
• Je beschikt over minimaal 2-3 jaar relevante werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen facilitair management.
•  Ervaring met facility management software en MS Office is vereist.
• Je bent servicegericht, communicatief sterk en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit. Je kunt goed organiseren, prioriteiten stellen en werkt nauwkeurig.
• Je bent proactief, oplossings- en klantgericht, en kunt zelfstandig werken maar ook goed functioneren in teamverband.
• Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal uitstekend in woord en geschrift.
