Title: Customer Care Specialist – German Speaking

Location: Breda

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 1 Day a week in the office

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Competitive

Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.

The Opportunity

As our new Customer Care Specialist, you will provide operational and commercial support to distributors and sales partners, ensuring the efficient processing of orders, timely customer communication, and accurate administration.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Process and monitor customer orders from receipt through delivery, providing regular status updates and working closely with Order Management, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure timely fulfilment.
  • Prepare and maintain shipment documentation, including pro forma invoices, bank warranties, and other required paperwork.
  • Support sales partners by reviewing priority orders and managing customer enquiries, quotations, product information, and documentation requests to enhance the customer experience and support business growth.
  • ·Build strong relationships with customers, sales partners, and internal stakeholders while resolving enquiries and complaints in line with company procedures to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures relating to Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Data Protection, Privacy, and Cybersecurity.

To Succeed in This Role, You'll Need

  • Fluency in English & German
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Analytical with proven ability to procure and interpret metrics, following up on remedial actions and improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to positively interact with other departments and 3PL partners.

Additional Experience We'd Love to See

  • Experience in a B2B Customer Service environment
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred)
  • Professional proficiency in French, Italian or Dutch
