Wat ga je doen?
Tijdens deze stage krijg je de kans om waardevolle ervaring op te doen binnen HR en actief bij te dragen aan verschillende processen. Je ondersteunt bij HR‑administratie en personeelsbeheer en werkt mee aan projecten rondom employee experience en company culture.

- Begeleiding bij ziekteverzuim

Wie ben jij?
- Je volgt een HBO‑opleiding in de richting HRM of vergelijkbaar
- Je hebt sterke communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden
- Je bent nieuwsgierig, proactief en neemt initiatief
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en behoudt overzicht
- Je spreekt goed Nederlands én Engels
- Je hebt sterke computervaardigheden (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ervaring met Canva of vergelijkbare tools is een pré
- Je hebt zin om te leren en jezelf te ontwikkelen
- Je bent creatief en hebt de wil om van elke dag een feest te maken

Core Responsibilities
The intern will support HR administration, personnel management, and recruitment activities while contributing to employee experience and company culture projects. They will also assist with employee communication and sickness absence guidance.
Requirements
Candidates must be currently enrolled in an HBO-level HRM or related program with strong communication and computer skills. Proficiency in Dutch and English is required, along with a proactive, creative, and accurate work approach.
