Our maintenance operative team members play a vital role in our club’s wellbeing. About you:
As a Maintenance Operative, we are looking for someone:
Who has technical skills or discipline (i.e. Carpentry / Plumbing / Single Phase Electrics) – Essential
Pool Plant Operators Qualification (STA or similar)
A full driving licence or the ability to travel efficiently between clubs within your region
Strong engagement, communication and active listening skills.

Core Responsibilities
The Maintenance Operative is responsible for ensuring all club equipment is fully functioning to maintain a safe and excellent environment for members. They must perform regular maintenance tasks and travel between clubs within the region as required.
Requirements
Candidates must possess technical skills in areas such as carpentry, plumbing, or electrical work and hold a Pool Plant Operators qualification. A full driving licence is required to facilitate travel between club locations.
