We are seeking an organized, proactive, and collaborative Marketing Project Manager to join our Avery Dennison Solutions Group marketing team on an 8-months, temporary basis at our European Headquarters in Oegstgeest, Netherlands. In this role, you will focus primarily on marketing project management and operations support, driving global communications initiatives, operational workflows, project reporting, and execution oversight across diverse industry segments including apparel, beauty, food, pharma, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

Work arrangement: Hybrid (2 days per week in our European HQ in Oegstgeest, Netherlands)

  • Lead project management and oversight for focused initiations such as website/digital migration work and brand launch projects. 
  • Manage day-to-day marketing project workflows, overseeing cross-functional project plans, delivery timelines, vendor management, stakeholder management, and milestones to ensure on-time execution.
  • Act as a “traffic manager” for marketing briefs to ensure they are routed to the correct teams for execution. 
  • Manage RFID marketing sample request process for events and trade shows.
  • Track, log, and analyze key marketing KPIs, project delivery metrics, and operational milestones to provide clear execution reporting and status updates.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of equivalent marketing communications experience, with a proven focus on project management and operations support.
  • Demonstrated experience managing digital and marketing projects from conception to completion, with proficiency in project management platforms, Google Workspace, and Smartsheet.

  • Proven project management expertise with strong operational discipline, capable of managing detailed timelines, campaign budgets, and KPI reporting.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with an organized, solutions-oriented approach to driving global brand and digital initiatives.
