What to expect during your internship
As a Customer Insights Intern, you will work closely with a team that transforms customer behaviour and data into meaningful insights that guide business decisions. You will dive into customer research, create surveys, analyse trends, and help uncover opportunities that influence marketing, sales, and product strategies. Throughout the internship, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in a data‑driven environment where your work contributes directly to shaping how the business grows and evolves. It’s a chance to build strong analytical skills, explore customer behaviour in depth, and make an impact from the start.
Your responsibilities
Assist in the execution of qualitative and quantitative research activities to uncover customer needs and behaviour
Support the development and implementation of surveys, questionnaires and user tests
Prepare and conduct in-depth customer interviews or focus groups
Analyse customer feedback, insights and data to identify key opportunities for improvement and emerging trends
Monitor customer satisfaction and key experience metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, E-commerce, Product Management, and Sales to understand business challenges and provide customer-driven insights.
Help translate research findings into clear and actionable recommendations.
Contribute to the preparation of dashboards, reports and presentations on research findings
Your profile
You are a 3rd or 4th year Bachelor student in Customer Psychology, Behavioural Economics, Sociology, Marketing, Business, or a related field
You bring strong analytical skills and a sharp attention to detail
You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ideally, you have some experience with survey tools and research methodologies
You can work independently while also contributing effectively in a team setting
You show enthusiasm for learning and approach tasks with a proactive mindset
You have a strong customer focus, paired with curiosity and empathy
You have excellent spoken and written English skills; German is an advantage
You are available full‑time from February 2027 for a duration of 5–6 months
