Job title – Lead Expert FPA Global Costing
Location – Maastricht, the Netherlands
This position is part of the Solutions business (SolCo), within Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH). This is one of the two standalone entities to be created from ANH, as part of the divestment to CVC Capital.
Your key responsibilities
- Lead the Average Costing process and ensure visibility into COGS and inventory for management purposes, supporting month-end close and input to forecasting
- Act as a Group Product Costing expert, involved in critical Group transformation projects
- Drive continuous improvement and harmonization with positive impact across Group FP&A, Commercial organization, and D&T
- Support processes that overarch Group FP&A activities relating to inventory
- Understand the implications of changes within own perimeter on all Global FP&A processes, and manage them holistically
- Build detailed understanding of multiple complex systems (including costing, consolidation, gross margin reporting, goods-in-transit, and premix processes) to drive change and harmonization
- Maintain regular communication and interaction within the Finance community, including BU Finance, Group FP&A, and Legal Entity Controllers
- Serve as key point of contact for stakeholders on testing and implementation of UPI-related solutions as part of Group-critical projects

You bring

- High level of integrity.
- Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets, identify trends, and support decision-making through rigorous quantitative analysis; advanced Excel skills required, with experience in financial modelling, dashboards or management reporting tools a plus (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI)
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) is desirable.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in finance, or similar within supply chain controlling.
- Hard skills: financial accounting, product costing, FP&A, project management
- Experience in SAP (ECC, S4H) preferred.
