Description and Requirements

The B2B Business Development Manager – Tablet is responsible for driving business development, partner engagement, and revenue growth for Lenovo's tablet portfolio across the Netherlands B2B market. Working closely with channel partners, enterprise customers, and internal sales teams, this role supports the execution of the tablet growth strategy, helping expand market share and strengthen Lenovo's position in the commercial tablet segment. The successful candidate will combine strong business development expertise, channel management capabilities, and market insight to identify new opportunities and deliver sustainable business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute Lenovo's tablet business strategy across the Netherlands B2B market to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Develop and implement business development initiatives in collaboration with sales, marketing, and channel teams.
  • Identify new business opportunities by analyzing customer requirements, market trends, and competitive activity.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with channel partners, distributors, resellers, and key enterprise customers.
  • Deliver product presentations, workshops, and customer engagements to increase tablet adoption and awareness.
  • Collaborate with demand planning, supply chain, and cross-functional teams to support forecasting and business planning activities.
  • Monitor business performance, product adoption, and competitive positioning to identify growth opportunities and address market gaps.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting within CRM systems and provide regular business updates, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to leadership.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, channel management, or account management.
  • Experience within the IT, mobility, tablet, telecommunications, or technology sector is highly preferred.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated ability to generate revenue growth and manage strategic customer relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret business data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
  • Experience managing sales pipelines, forecasting activities, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage audiences at different levels.
  • Professional fluency in English is required; Dutch language skills are preferred.
