Team Process

Riwald Recycling recycles many hundreds of thousands of tonnages of waste materials every year – ranging from E-waste to train carriages and airplanes. These materials are then recycled into more than 150 types of sustainable raw materials. Given its position, expertise and separation technologies, Riwald Recycling plays an active role in finding solutions to global environmental issues. We link our sustainability strategies to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and integrate innovative technologies for maximum recovery from raw materials. Within our organization we have Team Process, which is responsible for all administrative and logistical tasks regarding purchasing, weighing, quality control, processing, operational activities, invoicing, planning and sales support of our products and which takes into account the laws and regulations at all times. Indirectly, you contribute to a more sustainable world and work together with local companies as well as multinationals that are partners of Riwald Recycling.

What will you do?

Within our organization, as a Quality Manager, you have a very varied and responsible position regarding monitoring, assessing and optimizing the quality of the incoming and outgoing material flows. You will be an important link between production, site staff, transport, customers and management. You ensure that the right qualities are produced, sorted, stored and prepared for transport at the right time. In doing so, you take into account the specific quality requirements and conditions of each customer. You are responsible for assessing and classifying incoming and outgoing qualities and determine, based on the product specifications and agreements with customers, which quality a material falls under. In addition, you coordinate closely with production and site staff about the available qualities and the planning of the material flows. You monitor the contractual agreements, tonnages, freight, deliveries and other conditions, among other things. We are looking for an enthusiastic full-time employee who works accurately, is stress-resistant, flexible, collegial and is looking for a job with ample career opportunities.

Job Requirements

• You have at least MBO working and thinking level.

• You have good communication skills, both verbal and written.

• You have a good command of the Dutch language, both verbally and in writing, German and English are an advantage.

• You can work independently, but also in a team.

• You preferably have experience with MS Office and administrative work.

• Knowledge of different types of ferrous, non-ferrous, WEEE and grit types

• Knowledge of transport is an advantage

• You live in the vicinity of Almelo.

Core Responsibilities

The Quality Manager is responsible for monitoring, assessing, and optimizing the quality of incoming and outgoing material flows. They act as a key link between production, site staff, transport, customers, and management to ensure quality standards and contractual agreements are met.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least an MBO working and thinking level and possess strong communication skills in Dutch. Knowledge of ferrous, non-ferrous, WEEE, and grit materials is required, along with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
